


Trafalgar London Ltd, a company jointly owned by SB2 Property Ventures Ltd, received planning consent for Helix London in 2009. The development of 414 residential units in 2 towers of 36 & 30 stories on the Isle of Dogs is 5 minutes walk from the Canary Wharf Estate.
The S.106 was completed and planning consent issued on 10th November 2009.
